  1. Go to your Web Platform by following your dedicated URL(XXX represents your organisation ID): https://XXX.heex.io Account_Creation_1
  2. Create an account
    1. Click on the Create an account button
    2. Type your email & your password Account_Creation_2
    3. Click on the Sign Up button
    4. You will receive an email: “Heex - New User, please confirm your email” Account_Creation_3
    5. Open this email and click on the confirmation link
    6. Select your Role
