Create your first System

  1. Go to the Systems page
  2. Check if your Dev Station is already there. If so, you can proceed to the trigger creation step
ℹ️ Info: Dev Stations Dev Station stands for Developer Station and is used by Software Developers to develop and test new Agents (Monitors/Recorders)
  1. If not, click on the Add new dev station button
  2. Fill the System creation form (field with * is mandatory): System_Creation

Advanced: Create multiple systems using a .csv file

After downloading our CSV template, you will find here how to correctly fill out this file to import all your systems.
ℹ️ Info: When you have finished to fill out the file, it is important that you export the .CSV file with a semicolon separator and not a comma.

Category

⚠️ Warning: The category field is mandatory.
We distinguish 2 different types of systems.
The physical systems include the following categories :
  • on-road vehicle
  • boat
  • train
  • unmanned aerial vehicle
  • infrastructure
  • autonomous mobile robots
ℹ️ Info: Feel free to contact customer services if you need any other category.

Code name

⚠️ Warning: The code name field is mandatory.
Code name is the name of your system. Choose a short name. Please note, it must be unique to each system.

Lat

⚠️ Warning: The lat field is mandatory.
Latitude is a number which is between -90 and 90.

Lng

⚠️ Warning: The lng field is mandatory.
Longitude is a number which is between -180 and 180.

Middleware

⚠️ Warning: The middleware field is mandatory.
List of supported middlewares values:
  • NO MIDDLEWARE
  • ROS1
  • ROS2
  • APEX
  • AVETO
  • OTHER

Platform

⚠️ Warning: The platform field is mandatory.
List of supported platforms :
  • CentOS 7.9 x86_64
  • Ubuntu 18.04 x86_64

Type

For each category, there are several possible types. Categories for physical system : 
- Passenger car
- Shuttle
- Commercial vehicle
- Truck
- Bus
- 2-wheeler

Categories for virtual system : 
- Public cloud
- Private cloud
- Hybrid Cloud

Subtype

Only available for physical system categories. Choose a subtype based on a type listed below : 
- Delivery drone
- Mapping drone
- Inspection drone
- Search and rescue drone

Datatype

Only available for virtual system categories. You can add information on the data type of the virtual system.

VIN / Serial number

VIN should only be completed for on-road vehicle and must contain 17 characters. If the VIN is filled correctly, Brand, Model and Year fields will be completed automatically. Serial number should only be completed for physical systems.

Brand

Brand should only be completed for physical systems.
Example: Ford

Model

Model should only be completed for physical systems.
Example: Mustang

​
Year

Year should only be completed for physical systems.
It is the year of system production.

License plate

Example: AA-111-ZZ

Description

A short description of the system.

If you want to customize your system with your own image, you can fill this column with the URL where to download the image. By default we offer a set of images adapted to each system category.
