agent Kernel
Overhead
The footprint of the agent Kernel
is dependent upon its configuration and the specific data that the Agent is set to transmit. Initially, you can anticipate an average disk space requirement of roughly 128MB.
How does agent Kernel
work ?
At Init, agent Kernel
loads the system_conf.json and waits for connections from your agents(monitors and recorders). the agents configuration is sent to your agents at init and during over the air update.
Upon your monitors signal updates, agent Kernel
evaluates triggers and sends a request to the recorders for the metadata and event recordings. If sucessful, agent Kernel
uploads the metadata and the event recordings on Heex’s Cloud for you to see.
